High rate closantel delivery:

Avomec Duel is formulated with a 50 g/L closantel concentration, which is higher than standard closantel sheep drenches delivering 10 mg/kg bodyweight versus 7.5 mg/kg delivered by other closantel formulations*. The high levels of closantel absorbed into the sheep’s blood are important for good efficacy against the blood-feeding Barber’s pole worm and Liver Fluke. In addition, the Avomec Duel formulation is absorbed at a higher rate than other formulations, even when dosed at the same rate*.
