FLEXadvantage Sales Campaign Schedule

The Promotion starts at 6:00 am AEDT on 1 November 2025 and closes 5.00 pm AEST on 30th June 2026. No entries will be accepted after this time.

a) Winners of the Major Prize (attendance to the 3-day FLEXadvantage event in Q3 2026 and associated travel costs as set out below) will be selected based on the most accrued points on 20th July 2026 after 12.30 pm AEST;

b) Winners will be contacted via phone call and email.

Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

During the Promotion Period, Entrants who purchase products from the Boehringer Ingelheim Swine range will accumulate points according to the below points system:

1. Earn 1 point per dose of CircoFLEX bought during the campaign period.

2. Earn 2 points for every dose purchased above the same period in 2025, requires producer to upload their 1^st November 2024- 30^th June 2025 into our AHredeem portal ahredeem.com.au

3. Earn 2 points for FLEXcombo purchases

4. Earn 3 points for participating in a vaccine audit or on-farm staff training by a Boehringer Ingelheim Key Account Manager.

Points will be tracked on a monthly leaderboard which will be e-mailed to entrants and published on www.livestockfirst.com.au.

• Prizes strictly limited to the Number Available specified in the Prize Details section.
• Travel and accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The following are not included as part of the Major Prize: all other out-of-pocket expenses including but not limited to meals, beverages, laundry services, spending money, transfers not specifically stated, additional accommodation due to flight schedules, optional excursions, tipping, passports, visas, travel insurance and other ancillary costs. The cost of obtaining any of these requirements are the responsibility of the prize winner.
• There can be no changes to travel arrangements once tickets have been issued or accommodation bookings once the reservation is confirmed.
• Re-booking of flight in an event of missed or cancelled flight/flights is subject to reason and will be judged on a case-by-case basis. It cannot be guaranteed.
• Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation is payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize can be transferred to a nominee, if agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a Prize that the winner accepts the conditions of use of that Prize.

Winners will be notified via email on 20 July 2026.
